The official Rage Festival transport network
Rage Rides operates on the cashless technology that forms the backbone of Rage Festival. Every Rage Rides vehicle has an official Rage Rides marshal on board who is responsible for the collection of monies (cashless transaction via a tap on your passport) and the well being of the all the patrons on board the Rage Rides vehicle.
Rage Festival uses 3rd party transport providers. We are proud to be working with the relevant local taxi associations within Ballito and Umhlanga, empowering local drivers to participate in the transport services of the festival. They provide 110 busses to service Rage Festival attendees. Please do understand that Rage Festival does not own the busses nor employ the drivers. Please do not drink and drive! Make use of the transport provided for you. If you choose to use an alternate transport method you do so at your own risk. Please note that using Rage Rides is also at your own risk.
Rage Ride’s can be identified by official identification stickers placed on the vehicles. Each shuttle has a unique identification number located on the front and back of the shuttle as well as on the inside of the shuttle. Please beware of shuttle vehicles posing as official Rage Ride’s transport vehicles. A customer service number will be present inside the shuttle in case you need to contact customer service personnel.
