Belgravia “Be The Artist” DJ Competition Terms and Conditions

1. By entering the competition and/or accepting any prize (if you are a winner), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The promoters of the competition are G&G Productions and Belgravia Gin
3. You are not eligible to participate in the competition if: a. You are a director, member, partner, employee, agent, or consultant of G&G Productions, its affiliates, or any other person who supplies goods or services in connection with the competition; b. You are a spouse, life partner, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or adopted), business partner, or associate of the persons specified in 3(a) above; c. A member of your household won a prize in a competition conducted by G&G Productions in the past three (3) months; d. Unless otherwise stipulated, you are below the age of 18 (eighteen) years at the time of entering the competition.
4. The participant’s age is between 18 and 21 at the time of the announcement of the competition winner. 
5. G&G Productions may limit the number of times that you may enter the competition.
6. It is your responsibility to ensure that all the information which you provide to G&G Productions is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. No entry is valid until the validation process determined by G&G Productions has taken place.
7. Any entries received after the closure of the competition will not be eligible to participate in the competition, regardless of the reason for the late entry. G&G Productions is not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
8. The outcome of the competition is subject to the competition’s specific terms and conditions as well as G&G Productions’ general competition rules. The decision of the auditor, judge, presenter, or organizer of the competition is final, and no negotiations or correspondence will be entered into after the fact.
9. Participants in the competition enter and/or accept prizes (if they are the winner) at their own risk. By entering the competition and/or accepting any prize, the participants and winners hereby indemnify, release, and hold harmless G&G Productions and its affiliates from and against any actions, claims, and/or liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance, or possession of a prize by the winner and/or any person with whom the winner shares that prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity. a. For purposes hereof, “affiliate” means our partners, co-promoters, and sponsors of this competition, our and their subsidiaries and respective holding companies, the subsidiaries of their holding companies, and our and their directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives.
10. Any prize is accepted by a winner at his/her own risk, and G&G Productions and its affiliates are not liable at any time for any defect in the prizes. However, should any prize be defective, G&G Productions will provide the contact details of the supplier of the prizes to the winner.
11. The prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other item.
12. If you win a prize and the possession and/or use of that prize is subject to regulations or authorization, you must possess whatever documents and permission/authorization are required in order to accept and use a prize, and such documents, permission, or authorization must remain valid for the duration of the use of the prize. It is your responsibility to obtain those documents, permission, or authorization, which will be at your own cost.
13. You may not win a prize if it is unlawful or against the promotional competition terms and conditions for us to supply that prize to you. If you do win such a prize, you will forfeit it.
14. The prize does not include the costs to travel to and from Rage Festival to participate in the Finals of the competition, the cost to be borne by the Prize winner.
15. If you win a prize, you consent to: a. The publishing or distribution of your name and certain details by G&G Productions; b. Within reason and with prior notice and acceptance, the use of your image in marketing material; c. Subject to your prior acceptance, participate in G&G Productions’ marketing activities; without remuneration due to you from G&G Productions.
16. G&G Productions will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the publication of your name, details, and/or image and your participation in G&G Productions’ marketing activities.
17. Subject to clause 17 of the terms and conditions, G&G Productions will not disclose any of the participant’s personal information to third parties without that participant’s permission.
18. By participating in this competition, you authorize G&G Productions to use your personal information to communicate with you from time to time. You may indicate if you do not wish to receive such communications from G&G Productions.
19. If you or any person with whom you share the prize (if you are the winner), fail to comply with any of these terms and conditions, then without prejudice to any other remedy which G&G Productions may have: a. You will be automatically disqualified from the competition; b. If you have won a prize, you will forfeit that prize; c. You will pay G&G Productions for any loss or damage incurred by them, directly or indirectly, as a result of the non-compliance, including all legal costs which they may incur in taking any steps pursuant to the non-compliance.

Additional Terms and Conditions for Belgravia “Be Backstage” Competition

1. The “Be Backstage” competition is held in conjunction with the DJ competition.
2. The winner of the “Be Backstage” competition will receive exclusive backstage access at Rage Festival held in Ballito from 30 November- 7 December
3. The participant’s age is between 18 and 21 at the time of the announcement of the competition winner and be in possession of a Rage Festival passport
4. To enter the “Be Backstage” competition, participants must follow the specific entry instructions provided by G&G Productions.
5. The winner of the “Be Backstage” competition must adhere to all backstage rules and regulations as stipulated by G&G Productions and event organizers.
6. Backstage access is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
7. G&G Productions reserves the right to revoke backstage access if the winner fails to comply with any backstage rules or behaves inappropriately.
8. By entering the “Be Backstage” competition, participants agree to: a. The publishing or distribution of their name and certain details by G&G Productions; b. Within reason and with prior notice and acceptance, the use of their image in marketing material; c. Subject to their prior acceptance, participate in G&G Productions’ marketing activities; without remuneration due to them from G&G Productions.
9. G&G Productions will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the publication of the winner’s name, details, and/or image and their participation in G&G Productions’ marketing activities.
10. By participating in the “Be Backstage” competition, participants authorize G&G Productions to use their personal information to communicate with them from time to time. Participants may indicate if they do not wish to receive such communications from G&G Productions.
